Kristin Pilcher has been a licensed agent since January 2020. Born and raised in North Texas, she currently resides in Collinsville with her husband and two sons. She loves the small town feel of Cooke, Grayson, and Montague counties. She is knowledgable about the North Texas and Texoma area. Kristin initially found interest in real estate when she grew tired of paying rent each month and seeing that money disappear. Instead, she wanted to invest that money into her future. Not realizing that owning a home at that time in her life could even be considered, she initiated conversations with an agent and lender that led to a realization that there are many avenues to purchase a home.
