If there’s one thing that Emily loves, it is small-town country living. Emily has always been drawn to the rural lifestyle for the endless opportunities, the strong sense of community, and the freedom to raise your family and your animals in the fresh air.
Emily grew up in one of these tight-knit small towns in Black Forest, Colorado, where she participated in rodeos, barrel jackpots, and sortings. She was employed at multiple premier horse ranch facilities and gained a great appreciation for how layouts and design qualities of facilities affect how well they operate. After graduating from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Equine Science, she quickly packed her bags, loaded her horse trailer, and followed her dreams to North Texas. With nearly a decade of horse industry experience under her belt, she is currently the Assistant Breeding Manager of EE Ranches, Inc., a state-of-the-art equine facility in north Whitesboro that caters to cutters, reiners, pleasure riders, ropers, and barrel racers. It is with this first-hand knowledge and understanding of what makes a home, ranch, or equine facility work smoothly that Emily hopes to help you buy or sell the real estate of your dreams.
Emily’s goal is to help buyers and sellers realize their goals to the fullest possible extent by appropriately strategizing, marketing, and showcasing their homes, ranches, or horse properties. Emily would be happy to speak with you about your goals today! Give her a call at (719) 487-5171, or find her on Facebook and Instagram @emilyatlegacypointrealty!
